HOLITA’ newly improved SPCM-L-APD series Single Photon Counting Module APD operated in the Geiger mode, are used to detect single photos over the wavelength range of 350nm to 1060nm. The SPCM-L-APD series has been developed to offer a unique combination of high quantum efficiency, wide dynamic range and ease of use for photon counting applications
